How do I return an item?

Return policy:

RemyKiss makes takes every step necessary from packaging to shipping to make sure you are receiving a high quality product. Every hair order is thoroughly inspected before being shipping to you. Customer service is very important to us. We are here to make sure you are satisfied with your RemyKiss purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we will only except returns under certain conditions.

Due to the nature of our natural hair each piece is unique, being that it comes from a separate donor. Therefore we cannot guaranteed hair color or texture. However we do promise that you will receive a product that is ready to wear. Keep in mind that our color ranges from natural black to natural brown (1b and 2). We will not refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with color or texture.

Replacements
We are very confident that you will love RemyKiss and it is 100% guaranteed. If you have received any product that is incorrect or defective you must contact us within (5) five business days of receipt of the merchandise. No refunds will be permitted, but we will send a replacement.

Wrong Product
If an incorrect product was sent to you we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it back we will send an immediate replacement.

Defective Products
If the product you’ve received is defective in any way we will send you a return label for the merchandise received. Once we’ve had a chance to examine it we will send a replacement immediately.

Returns
If you are submitted a product for a return, it will only be returned  under the following conditions:

  • We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed). Product must remains untied and still packaged.
  • Return request must be made within (5) days of your order.
  • Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
  • Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Show it to your stylist if you are unsure. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider a return.
